International Legions of Honor

Annual reports can be submitted online electronically and/or printed for submission.

1.  To submit forms electronically click on the "Red" links and follow the instructions.

2. To fill in the form, print or save to your computer click on the "Blue" links.

 

All Unit dues are due by March 1, 2026.  They are paid by check payable to "ILOH".

Dues have increased to $4.00 per member or $40.00 Per Unit if your Unit has less than ten (10) members.
